Very Good but for four tape shadows at endpapers, in Good only (mostly price clipped) dustjacket, scotch tape at exterior spine ends and flap edges, verso with scotch tape at several edges, quarter sized chip at lower spine end.

Advance review copy in wrappers, a very rare Gardner book, especially in a nice advanced version of the original dust jacket. Housed in a custom-made case with gold lettered leather labels on the spine.
