Tips sharp showing color loss only, no rub-through. Vivid, uncreased blue/white illustrated endpapers show a team of dogs pulling a sled through a snowstorm. Original, price-clipped, color illustrated dj in new mylar shows several short closed tears, color loss and small chips at tips, triangular chips on frt and rear panels, plus a 1/2" x 1" chip at head of spine that took the top half of the S in Silver with it, small chip at foot of white background rear dj panel foot that shows a b/w photo of the author in a fur coat, ready for adventure.
