Slipcase and original Sandlgass is included. Slipcase is in very good condition, with limited wear solely around the edges of the case. The book itself is also in very good condition, but has some slight dark markings on the front and back cover; all the pages are in tact and in fine condition with no yellowing. The Sandglass pamphlet is the most worn, with yellowing around its pages and a part of the pamphlet has been folded over a couple of times.
