One-hundred copies were produced, this being #2, SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR with no inscriptions. Two varieties of this Special Collector's Edition exist, the first ten copies printed and distributed had the trade edition copyright page instead of the Special Collector's Edition copyright page. The publisher was immediately notified by an astute book seller. The publisher was grateful and told him to keep the error copies as a thank you for his notification. This then is one of those ten copies with the trade edition copyright page when it should have had the Special Collector's Edition copyright page. It is considered a modern day rarity!
