His black ink drawings were influenced by Japanese woodcuts, and depicted the grotesque, the decadent, and the erotic. "Salome" by Oscar Wilde (1854-1900) Irish poet and playwright. After writing in different forms throughout the 1880s, he became one of the most popular playwrights in London in the early 1890s. First German edition, translated by Curt Moreck. Published in 350 numbered copies (our's N° 26). Halfleather Binding. In Very good condition
