Dustjacket's front panel shows author and title in two different shades of red against a tan background with "A Novel" in black lettering across bottom edge. Back panel has b & w photo of Styron by Nancy Campton centered against tan background. Previous owner's intaglio stamped on title page, some soiling to text edges, o/w boards and text are complete, clean, and unmarked. Binding is tight and square. Not ex-library, not remaindered. Dustjacket shows some slight edge and surface wear. No tears. creasing, or chipping. A collectable copy of a 20th century landmark novel that is rapidly becoming scarce.
