The book is signed and inscribed by Allende on the half-title page, with her characteristic flower doodle, making "Happy Birthday!! To Georgeanne," a bit more personal. Boards and text are clean and unmarked, tight and square; the dustjacket shows perhaps a trace of edgewear. A collectable copy.
