NOTE: Page 159A/B, which was inserted into the text at the printer's to update the reader on the artwork in the Uffizi, is of a different, darker color than the remainder of the book, and is made of a much more fragile paper, as a result of which, this page is missing a half-inch by one-inch piece along the fore-edge, although the text remains readable.
