Green cloth boards with gold decoration, red lettering and line border on cover, red lettering on spine. Later edition, authorized by the author. A few faint surface rubs from silverfish, light surface wear to corners, no fraying. Binding is tight and square, hinges are sound-no cracking. Pages and edges are clean with clean endpapers (neatly penned previous owner name on front free endpaper). Eight full page black and white illustrations. 624 pages.
